We process data on the basis of statutory provisions and legitimate interest. Statutory provisions are the tax retention period and product liability in the case of a contract (purchase in the online shop).

The data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 Abs 3 TKG as well as Art 6 Abs 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary to fulfill the contract) and/or lit f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR (DSGVO).

c) Transfer of data to third parties

On our website we use third-party tools such as web analysis tools or newsletter tools. These are designed to continually improve your experience with our website. d) Contact form

If you send us data using our contact form, we will process it. The transmitted request including your contact data will be stored by us as long as this is necessary.

d) reCAPTCHA

We use the service “reCaptcha” on the website to check if you are a human or a machine. This service is provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). This service allows us to provide you with a contact form on the site, as your personal request is very important to us. Without this service we would be flooded with untrue, machine-generated requests and we would not be able to process them. Your IP address will be transmitted to these servers. f) Heatmap Hotjar

This website uses the Hotjar Heatmap service provided by Hotjar (Hotjar Ltd, Level 2, St Julian’s Business Centre, 3, Elia Zammit Street, St Julian’s STJ 1000, Malta). We use Hotjar to better understand the needs of our users and to optimize the offerings on this website.
