The automatically sent confirmation of receipt of order should be received by you immediately after sending your order.
If not, please check the following points:
- Has the order confirmation arrived in the spam folder?
- Did you also check the general terms and conditions in step 4 and was the order actually sent? If this was not carried out, we unfortunately learn nothing about an order.
In case of problems, uncertainties or questions, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can clarify more details.
Where is my product?
Calculate for your domestic transfer approx. 1-2 days, for foreign transfers approx. 2-3 days.
Please check first whether you have no chargeback due to incorrect account data, or whether the goods have been accepted by the neighbor.
If you are unsure, please contact us so that we can give you further information.
Can I also pick up ordered goods?
As we do not have our own shop, this is unfortunately not possible at the moment.
What payment options do I have?

How does PayPal work?
Once you select PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you will log into your PayPal account.
There you select one of the payment options associated with your PayPal account and confirm the payment.
As a merchant, we will receive feedback as soon as the payment status is known.
As soon as the amount is credited to our PayPal account, which usually happens immediately, your order can be released for shipment.
How does a credit card work?
The payment by credit card is very easy for you. All you have to do is enter your credit card information in the appropriate fields and confirm the payment.
After authorization, the customer receives a confirmation and the goods can be sent to him immediately.
